Delete your Stampcrest account
Deleting your account permanently removes your account details, every business you own, and all of their documents, clients, products and files from our servers. It can’t be undone. If you are a member of someone else’s business, you are removed from it, and that business is not affected.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Stampcrest and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Stampcrest account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your email address, name, password hash and Google/Apple sign-in links
- Every business you own, with its documents, clients, products, payments, brand files and team invitations
- All sign-in sessions on every device
Short-lived security logs (IP addresses of sign-in attempts) are kept for up to 24 hours and then deleted automatically.
