Terms of Use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply to the Stampcrest apps for Android and iOS, the Stampcrest web app and stampcrest.com (together, “Stampcrest”), provided by InnInk Limited (“we”, “us”), a company in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Stampcrest you agree to them. If you use Stampcrest for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. What Stampcrest does
Stampcrest helps you create and send invoices, receipts, quotes, purchase orders, delivery and credit notes, letters and other office documents in your brand, record sales, print receipts and take payments online. It works offline and syncs when you are signed in.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in businesses you own, including what your team members do with the roles you give them.
- Give accurate details, and tell us if you think someone has accessed your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or on this website. That permanently deletes your account and every business you own.
3. Your content and your responsibilities
- Your documents, client details, logos and other content remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and send them only to run Stampcrest for you (for example to sync, make PDFs and deliver emails and WhatsApp messages you ask for).
- You are responsible for your documents: prices, taxes (such as VAT, NHIL and GETFund), numbering, and meeting the invoicing and tax rules that apply to your business. Stampcrest’s tax presets and exchange-rate conversions are starting points, not tax or financial advice.
- Only send documents to people who expect them, and only upload logos and content you have the right to use.
- Do not use Stampcrest for fraud, fake or misleading documents, spam, unlawful activity, or to break or overload the service.
4. Payments from your clients
Online payments are made through the Stripe, Paystack or Hubtel account you connect. That provider’s own terms and fees apply between you and it. We pass on payment links and record results, but we are not a party to those payments and do not hold your money. Check payments in your provider’s dashboard before relying on them.
5. Plans: Free and Stampcrest Pro
- Free includes a monthly number of new documents (shown in the app). Pro adds unlimited documents, online payments, email and WhatsApp sending, recurring documents and team members.
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay: in pounds by card, or in your currency by Mobile Money (converted from the pounds price at the day’s exchange rate, with the payment provider’s fee added).
- Card subscriptions (through Stripe) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app (Your plan → Manage subscription); Pro then continues until the end of the period already paid.
- Mobile Money payments (through Paystack or Hubtel) buy one month or one year at a time and do not renew by themselves. We email you before it ends; renewing adds the new period on top.
- Refunds: payments are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we choose to (for example, a charge made in error). Contact us at [email protected]. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- When Pro ends, your documents stay and you keep Free features; Pro-only features stop until you renew.
- We may change prices or plan features. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for, and for card subscriptions we will tell you before the next renewal.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Stampcrest available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep copies of documents you must retain by law (you can share or save any document as a PDF). We may improve, change or stop features; if we ever close Stampcrest we will give reasonable notice so you can export your documents.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business or data you could have avoided by keeping copies, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for Stampcrest in that period (or £50 if you used it free).
9. App stores
If you downloaded Stampcrest from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and InnInk Limited, not Apple or Google, who have no responsibility for Stampcrest or its support. The store’s own terms also apply to your download.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using Stampcrest after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you use Stampcrest as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims there.
