Stampcrest

Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

Stampcrest is an app for creating invoices, receipts, quotes, letterheads and brand material, made by InnInk Limited (“we”, “us”), a company in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what data Stampcrest uses and why. In short: your business records are yours. We store them only so they can sync between your devices and your team, and we never sell them or use them for advertising.

1. Data on your device

Stampcrest keeps your documents, clients, products and brand files in the app’s private storage on your device so it works offline. PDFs and printed receipts are created on your device.

2. Your account

3. Business data you sync

When you sign in, your businesses’ data is stored on our servers so it can sync: brand details and files (logo, signature, stamp), settings, tax rates, products, documents, payments and expenses, and the details of your clients that you enter. For your clients’ personal data, you are the controller and we act as your processor: we process it only to provide Stampcrest to you, and only people you add to your business can see it. Team members see the business’s data according to their role (cashiers see only the sales they made).

Our legal basis is performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

4. Sending documents and getting paid

5. Permissions the app asks for

6. Where data is stored and for how long

Account and business data are stored on our servers in the United Kingdom and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep them until you delete them or your account. Deleting your account permanently deletes the account, every business you own and all of their records and files.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR (and Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), for users in Ghana) you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how it is used. You can delete your account yourself in the app or from this website. For anything else, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.

8. Children

Stampcrest is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for them.

9. Changes

See also our Terms of Use.

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app.
